OurHertz (우리들의주파수, hereinafter "Company") respects your privacy and complies with applicable laws including Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Metronova service.

Actual payment instrument details (card numbers, bank accounts) are handled exclusively by our payment processors (PortOne / Toss Payments) and are never stored by the Company.

• Processing payments, refunds, and cancellations

For payment processing, your payment ID and transaction amount are transmitted to PortOne Inc. and Toss Payments Co., Ltd. solely for the purpose of processing your transaction.

7. Data Deletion

When retention periods expire or the purpose of collection is fulfilled, we permanently delete data using methods that prevent recovery. Electronic files are securely overwritten; physical documents are shredded or incinerated.

8. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser localStorage and sessionStorage to maintain your login session. We do not use any advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

10. Changes to This Policy
